-tikka masala 2 tbs
-yogurt 1 cup
-red chilli powder half tbs
-salt half tbs
black pepper half tbs
-coriander powder 1 tbs
-cumin powder half tbs
-chaat masala 1 tbs
-soya sauce 2 tbs
-chilli sauce 2 tbs
-vinegar 2 tbs
-ketchup (optional)
Recipe
– mix all the ingredient except the ketchup in the yogurt and marinate the chicken for 2 hours.
-after 2 hour, in a wok put the marinated chicken and pour the whole mixture with half cup of water.
-cover the pot and let the chicken cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
-after 10 minutes keep the flame to medium and cook until the mixture gets saucy and chicken is cooked.
-optional: pour half cup ketchup on chicken and mixture well
