1.Recipe
1-Apple Walnut Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
-1 lettuce with red leaves on the end
-80 gr feta cheese
-6 gr pumkin seeds
-half red onion
-1 apple
-40 gr walnuts ( if your allergic to walnuts you can use pumping seeds )
To make the Balsamic Vinaigrette you need:60 ml balsamic vinegar , 15mil yellow mustard , 60ml honey , olive oil by choice Whisk them all together very well and you have your Vinaigrette.
To make the salat shop all the ingredients then add the letuce and place all other ingredients ont he tops of the salat and fishing with the Vinaigrette.
2.Recipe : Avocado and Apple Brussels Sprouts Salad
-1 apple
-1 lettuce
-1 avocado
-6 gr or more pumpkin seeds
-100gr brussels sprouts
– 8 gr parmesan cheese
– half red onion
-dressing
To make the Dressing you need: 1 fish lemon juice , honey white vinegar, olive oil .Whisk together all the ingredients add same salt and black pepper to taste and all done.
To make the salat shop all the ingredients , then combine then all together , The Brussels sprouts you can toss them in the dressing if you like them more softened if not you can just chopped and they are rdy to eat .
Add the dressing on the top of the salad and finish with the parmesan cheese.
