🔴 AALU KA BHARTA/ BHURTA – khata AALU Ka bharta/bhurta and AALU Ka bharta sandwich
Ingredients:-
* Potatoes- 1/2 kg – 3-4 – medium ( boiled and mashed )
* Onions – 1 medium- chopped
* Ginger/Garlic paste -.1 tablespoon
* Caraway seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
* Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon – crushed
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
* Red chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon ( As per taste )
* Salt – as per taste
* Tamarind water – 3-4 tablespoons
* Chat masala – 1/4 teaspoon
* Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
* Green chillies – 2-3 – chopped
* Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
* Mint leaves – 2 tablespoons

* الو- 1/2 کلو – 3-4 – میڈیم (ابلا ہوا اور میشڈ)
* پیاز – 1 درمیانے کٹی
* ادرک / لہسن پیسٹ -.1 چمچ
* اجوئن – 1/4 چائے کا چمچ
* دنیا کے بیج – 1 چائے کا چمچ –
جیرا – 1/2 چائے کا چمچ
* سرخ مرچ فلیکس – 1 چائے کا چمچ (ذائقہ کے مطابق)
* نمک – ذائقہ کے مطابق
* املی کا پانی – 3-4 چمچ
* چیٹ مصالحہ – 1/4 چائے کا چمچۓ
* ہلدی – 1/4 چائے کا چمچ
* سبز مرچ – 2-3 – کٹئہؤی
* دنیا پتیوں – 2 چمچۓ
* پودینے کے پتے – 2 چمچے
