Hey guys! Today’s video is what a teenage dancer eats in a day! This was filmed during “quarantine” so all of the meals shown are home cooked. I am a pescatarian, so all of these meals will be following those guidelines. Keep in mind that we are all different so don’t feel pressured to eat what I’m eating. All the love!

Healthy but tasty Baked chocolate oatmeal recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 banana
Pinch of cinnamon
Almond milk until cake batter consistency
Blend in a blender until just combined then pour the mixture in an oven safe bowl.
Bake for 20-28 minutes depending on if you like it gooey or more cake texture. Then top with 1tbsp of melted peanut butter and the rest of the banana.
