For Energy Balls:
• 200 gms Roasted Kosh Oats
• 300 gms Soft Dates
• 50 gms Choco Chips
• 4 tsp Cocoa Powder
• 50 gms Honey
• 60 gms Roasted Almonds
For Aloo Roll:
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 4 Curry Leaves
• 1 Green Chilli
• 2 Potatoes
• 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
For Dough:
• 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1tsp Sugar
• Milk
For Palak Roll:
• 1 cup Boiled Palak
• ½ cup Capsicum
• ½ cup Carrot
• ½ cup Paneer
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Salt
• Pinch of Garam Masala
For Dough:
• ½ cup Flour
• ½ cup Maida
• 2 tsp Curd
For Palak Roll Chutney:
• 1 tbsp Khajur Chutney
• 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
• ½ tsp Cumin Powder
• ½ tsp Chaat Masala
• ½ tsp Vinegar
