Ingredients for Turkey Spaghetti Bolognese
– 35 oz Roma tomatoes
– 30 oz onion
– 1 large red bell pepper
– 4 garlic cloves
– 3 tbs tomato concentrate
– 3 slices of bacon
– 24 oz ground turkey
– 2 tsp Italian seasoning
– salt and pepper to taste
You can also add red pepper flakes if you like your dish spicy
You can serve it with zoodles (zucchini noodles) to make a meal under 500 calories
