Ingredients
For Rajma Chaat:
• 500 gms Boiled Rajma
• 3 tsp Onion-Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste
• 1 tsp Golden Harvest Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
• 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Cumin Powder
• 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp Chaat Masala
• 1/2 tsp Golden Harvest Sugar
For Salsa:
• 1 Onion
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 tsp Oregano
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• 1 tsp Chaat Masala
For Dressing:
• 2 tsp Tasty Treat Tomato Sauce
• 2 tsp Tamarind Sauce
• Cheese
For Bottle Gourd Laccha Pakora:
• 1 Bottle Gourd
• 1 Onion
• 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
• 150 gms Golden Harvest Besan
• 4 tbsp Golden Harvest Suji
• 2 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
• 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
• 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Red Chilli Powder
• 1 tbsp Golden Harvest Cumin Powder
• 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
• 1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
• Golden Harvest Salt To Taste
• Fresh & Pure Oil For Frying
Method
For Rajma Chaat
1. Boil rajma & coarsely grind it with green chilli.
2. Heat oil & fry onion-ginger-garlic-green chilli paste for few mins.
3. Add rajma & all spices.
4. Add 1 cup hot water & cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
5. Mix onion, cucumber, tomato, salt, chaat masala, oregano in a bowl & make salsa. Keep aside.
6. Now take a serving plate, pour cooked rajma on it.
7. Spread 1cup salsa , tamarind sauce & tomato sauce over it.
8. Spread some grated cheese, sprinkle red chilli powder, oregano & serve it.
For Bottle Gourd Laccha Pakora
1. At first, peel the bottle guard from wide side & squeeze excess water from it.
2. Mix all the ingredients.
3. Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry it.
