Fruits are the easiest form of alternatives for unhealthy snacks,
Same as overnight oats jar this fruit mix jar can be prepared overnight and serve as breakfast or after any main meal.

Mango and blueberry are one in healthy combination for this (any fruits of your choice can be used as well) as they are filled with vitamins healthy carbs and minerals that helps for a good gut, along with Greek yogurt which has less fat content than normal ones and packed with protein

For base and topping I used oats biscuits and walnuts you can replace with any ingredient of your choice, here oats biscuits has been chosen as oats cereal is rich in dietary grain.

It is an easy snack which is very much healthy and low in calories
