TEA, an essential part of some people’s life. But do u know how does it affect your body. Studies have shown that high caffeine intake can cause depression,insomnia,headaches,disrupted sleep, high blood pressure and the list continues.
I found this tea recipe through Isha and i have been drinking it for 2 weeks now. I’ve replaced my regular tea with it and i love it.
I wanted to share it with all of you so you can try it and maybe include it in your lifestyle.
