Recipe:
1 cup rye flour
1 cup spelt flour
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
2 tbsp brewers yeast (optional)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 cups almond milk
160c for 45 mins
