This tawa pizza recipe is healthy if made using whole grain flour (atta) and cheese without any additives.
This Pizza does not have Yeast, Baking Powder and Baking Soda and It has less oil(Only few drops).

Tips and Correction:
1) PIZZA BASE: Adjust the yogurt accordingly the Dough should not be too had or soft.
2) PIZZA BASE: If you are not able to handle the Dough u can add u can add few drops of oil.
3) PIZZA BASE: While rolling the the Pizza Base use dry Flour it makes the process easy and the gives the pizza base nice white color
4) For PIZZA SAUCE take 3 Blanched and crushed Tomatoes.
4) For PIZZA SAUCE cook it for TOTAL 3 MINS.
5) Cumin in PIZZA SAUCE is optional.
6) For TOPPINGS saute it with butter before adding to the pizza base.
