ingredients
50 gm soya chunks
1 boiled potato
3 to 4 grated carrot
1/2 cup soya chunk powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin mustard seeds
1 chopped green chili
chopped coriander
chopped mint.
Procedure
1.Boil 2 glass of water add pinch of salt 2 cadmium and 1 cinimum to flavor the water
add 50 gm soya chunk in boiling water, boil for 2 to 3 min.
2.Drain the water remove excess water and blend into a fine paste.
3.Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil keep the flame on medium add 1 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
add 1 chopped green chili 1 tsp ginger garlic paste saute until raw smell goes
4.Add grated carrots mix well add 1 boiled potato and mix well add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chili powder,
coriander powder, garamasala and salt and mix well
5.Add 2 tsp soya chunk powder mix well switch of the gas and cool the mixture,
add blended soya, chopped coriander and mint mix well
6.Make kabab of any size shape you like coat with some soya chunk powder for extra crisp
7.Heat a pan add some oil and cook for 2 to 3 min on each side until they turn golden brown
Plate and soya kabab are ready to serve.
