In this video, I have shown 4 different types of breakfast sandwiches. These are Paneer(cottage cheese) sandwich, Avocado sandwich, Peanut butter sandwich and Vegetable sandwich. They are very easy to make and ideal for everyday breakfast. You can use this sandwich as a kids lunch box recipe also and sometimes for lunch as well as for dinner.

Ingredient List:
1. Vegetable Sandwich
Whole wheat bread – 2
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Finely chopped Iceberg lettuce leaves – ¼ cup
Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Chopped tomato – 3-4 slices
Jalapeno Pepper – 3-4 pieces
Black Olives – 1 tbsp
Mint (pudina chutney) – 1 tbsp
Mozzarella grated cheese – 2 tbsp
Butter to grease pan
2. Avocado Sandwich
Whole wheat bread – 2
Ripe Avocado – 1
Finely chopped onion – ¼ cup
Finely chopped tomato – 1/4 cup
Cilantro/Coriander – 2-3 tbsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
3. Paneer(Cottage cheese) Sandwich
Whole wheat bread – 2
Grated Paneer/Cottage cheese – 1 cup
Finely Chopped onion – ¼ cup
Finely Chopped tomato – ¼ cup
Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Chat masala – ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Cilantro/Coriander (finely chopped)– ¼ cup
Salt to taste
4. Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich
Whole wheat bread – 2
Peanut Butter – 1 tbsp
Banana – 1 small
Pinch of Cinnamon powder to sprinkle on top of banana
