Healthy Couscous idli:-
Preparation time:- 10 minutes
Cooking time:- 10 minutes
Serves:- 20 idlis
1/2 cup Semolina/ Sooji
1/4 cup Oats flour
1/4 cup Couscous
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup water
1 tsp grated ginger
Salt ( as per taste)
1 tsp Eno
Vegetables of choice (finely chopped beans, carrot, capsicum and corn)
For tempering/ tadka:-
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp urad dal
Few dried curry leaves
Pinch of hing/ asofaetida
