Udar Dal-100gm, Channa Dal-100gm, Toor Dal-100gm,Pepper-25gm, Dry Red Chilli-12 to 14 ps, Salt-as needed ,then Dry Roast all Dals..Dry Roast the pepper till it gets splitter.Dry Roast the Red Chilli add salt with this, as needed finally add asafoetida(perungayam).
Grind all the roasted ingredients in a mixer jar.
