This amazing recipe of chicory salad is inspired by Dr. Michael Mosley’s Fast800 approach to a healthy diet. The combination of chicory and walnuts in this salad contains gut-friendly soluble fiber which is known as prebiotic, this fiber supports the gut bacteria in the colon generates important nutrients, and saves the lining of the gut. Recipe ingredients
40g walnuts
2 heads chicory
A good handful of mixed salad leaves
1 or 2 ripe pears 130g
70g blue cheese

For salad dressing
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt & black pepper for seasoning
