Tomato & Ricotta Cheese
Ingredients
– tomatoes
– Ricotta Cheese
– Poppy Seed Grain Toast

Healthy Breakfast Idea #2
Yogurt Parfait with a twist 😉
– 1 cup greek yogurt
– 2 table spoons organic peanut butter or almond butter 😉
– 1 table spoon honey
– almonds + strawberries or any other fruits you enjoy 😉

Healthy Breakfast Idea # 3
Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
– 1 banana
– ice cubes
– 1 cup of almond milk
– 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Eggs + Veggies
– 2 eggs – scrambled
– handful of steamed veggies!
