Grated Paneer- 1 cup
Grated onions- 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Hing/ Asafoetida- Pinch
Coriander powder- 1/4 tsp
Oregano- 1/2 tbsp
Peri Peri- 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Grated processed cheese- 1/4 cup
Fresh coriander leaves- 1/4 cup
Wheat flour for making dough
*Serve with Tomato ketchup, Green Chutney and some pieces of onions*
