I am not following any special diet or routine besides tracking calories. I’m eating from all the food groups including carbs,meat,dairy & sugar!
For the most part we cook all our meals at home and with having our own garden and small farm we raise almost all of our own meat/eggs plus have a bountiful of fresh organic veggies/fruits right in our backyard!

I am not a fan of strict diets that cut out specific food groups. We cook Vegetarian meals and Vegan meals a few times a week as well but it is more for expanding our options and not eating our stock pile of home raised meat so quickly. At the end of the day weight loss is all about calories in and calories out so calorie tracking has worked the best for me.
