This is a very easy and clean dinner with high protein and low carbs. Very delicious.

For Baking Salmon
( Bake it at 440 degree Fahrenheit for like 12-15 min )

Salmon Fillet:3 Servings
Oil:1 tbsp
Butter:1 tbsp
Fresh Parsley: 1 tbsp
Garlic: 1 clove minced
Salt: ½ tsp
Pepper: ½ tsp
Lemon: 3 slices
Onion: 3 rings
Tomato: 3 slices

For Salsa
Ripened Mango: 1 chopped
Tomato: 2 tbsp
Cilantro:1 tbsp
Green Chilly:1 chopped
Chopped Onion: 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder- ¼ tsp
Salt- To taste
