Cook with me as I make miso glazed shrimp with roasted green beans as a quick and simple healthy weeknight dinner. This recipe is easily adaptable for any number of people and requires minimal time and ingredients to prepare. The green beans are made while the shrimp is marinating so this meal can easily be on the table within half an hour and is perfect for a fast lunch or dinner. It is also a great quarantine meal as most of the ingredients come from the freezer or pantry! You could probably even use frozen green beans in a pinch to make this meal entirely out of pantry/freezer staples. A perfect quick and easy meal!

2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp yellow miso
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 large garlic clove grated
1 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
