Recipe:
2 lb chicken breast boiled and shredded
1 cup craisins (reduced sugar)
1/8 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup greek yogurt (plain)
2 TBSP Mayo
3 TBSP Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 boiled eggs
chopped veggies of choice ( I did 2 celery and some pickles)
Makes 6 servings
Macros: 1 serving (201g) 398 cal, 52 p, 11f, 23c

Beach workout:
6 rounds:
8 decline push ups
6 hindu push ups
20 sec handstand
On rounds 2, 4, and 6 do
15 lateral raise
15 front raise
Follow up with 30 min HIIT cardio!
