Hi Guys this video is about the partner workout I did with my boyfriend.💕 I also made a super delicious carrot cake which is gluten-free, dairy free and without refined sugar! There is also a healthy meal idea added to it. 🥗😊

Carrot cake recipe:
ingredients:
*100g glutenfree oat flour
*100g apple sauce (no added sugars)
*2 tsp baking powder
*1 tsp vannilla extract
*3 eggs
*3tsp cinnamon
*150g grated carrots
*1tbsp sunflower oil
*30g raisins
*30g dried cranberries
*50g chopped nuts (cashews, almonds and walnuts)

Topping:
*250ml plant based cooking cream
*2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Other:
Silicone cupcake cups

Mix the eggs for a few minutes
Add out flour, apple sauce, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sunflower oil
Fold in the grated carrots, nuts, cranberries and raisins.
Put in the cupcake cups (makes around 12 cupcakes)
Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 min at 175 degrees.
