Hi Guys…
Today I bring to your kitchen a very healthy dinner option- Paneer/ Cottage Cheese Salad Wrap. Now this is not only tasty and healthy but so simple to prepare, that you can make this your GO-TO dinner option almost every night..
Since it’s a salad, there are no limitations on the quantity of vegetables , it’s totally upto you..
Ingredients
Lettuce Leave (or any other salad leaves you like)
Coloured Bell-peppers
Carrot
Tomatoes
Red Onion
Boiled Corn
Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
Whole wheat Roti/ Tortilla
For the Salad Dressing:
Juice of 1 lime
Italian Seasoning ( 1/2 tsp)
Chilli Flakes (to taste)
Pepper Powder (1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
Sweet Onion Salad Dressing – to taste (u can substitute it with 1 tsp of honey)
Wrap Dressing- Yogurt (flavour it with some Italian and Pepper Powder)
