Quinoa is one of my favourite foods! This salad is a great lunch for school, work or picnic!
Recipe:
Salad:
1 cup Quinoa
20 Cherry Tomatoes
1/8 Red Onion
Handful of Spinach
1/2 cup Feta Cheese
Dressing:
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1-2 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
3 Cloves Garlic
Salt & Pepper
