hi guys today I filmed some of my fav breakfast recipes that are healthy and yummy too, enjoy ♡

INGREDIENTS USED

smoothie bowl: frozen banana, frozen mango/pineapple, frozen berries, almond milk
topping- Alpen granola, Kashi GO LEAN! cereal/granola, blueberries, coconut flakes, peanut butter

fruity oatmeal: natures path blueberry cinnamon oatmeal, almond milk, frozen berries, agave nectar, cinnamon

green smoothie: frozen banana, frozen mango, peaches, pineapple & strawberry, fresh spinach, agave nectar, almond milk, chia seeds, strawberries

blueberry protein pancakes:
1/2 raw oats
1 scoop of VEGA protein powder
3 egg whites
1/2 banana
1/2 blueberries
2 tsp baking powder

vegan blueberry muffins:
2 cups raw oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
1 cup coconut sugar
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
