In this tutorial a colorful healthy fresh salad has been made along with its dressing. The salad contains all fresh vegetables and is full of fibers and energy. A good addition to boost self immune system. A very simple recipe and here you go. Have a wonderful tasty salad. Bon Appétit 😋

Ingredients

2 medium sized – cucumbers
2 large sized – tomatoes
1 medium sized – iceberg lettuce
1 large sized – capsicum
1 large sized – red onion
½ medium sized – red cabbage
1 cup – sweet corn
1 large sized – boiled potato
½ cup – black olives
2 tbsp – fresh mint

Dressing
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 lemon juice
½ cup – Olive oil
1 tsp – salt
1 tsp – pepper

Cut all vegetables in small chunks and add to a large bowl.
Add all dressing ingredients to a jar, close the lid and shake it well till the color of the mixture changes.
Pour the dressing to the vegetables and mix them well so that all vegetables are well coated with the dressing.
