What I eat in a full day of intuitive eating as a nutritionist. These are the foods that keep me full while also fueling my workouts. I aim for protein, healthy fats, fiber, and phytonutrients at every meal. These foods keep my blood sugar levels balanced, keeping me energized and focused throughout the day. Most of these recipes can be found on my blog, Hello Spoonful, or on my Instagram.

Meals/Snacks:
— Protein Coffee
— Healthy egg salad on toast
— Peanut butter banana cereal
— Carrot hummus with veggies
— Rotisserie chicken salad, butternut squash with butter and feta, and ranch potatoes in the air fryer.
