Dips/Spreads
Vegan Dip # 1
Chickpeas 1 cup
Red Pepper 1
Lemon Half
Salt/Pepper ½ tsp each
Tahini 3 Tsps
Garlic 2 Cloves
Roughly chop the red pepper. Add everything to a choppers and blend together until smooth paste. Check for seasoning according to your taste. Your vegan dip or spread is ready.
Vegan Dip # 2
Black Beans 1 Cup
Beets 1 small
Lemon half
Salt/Pepper ½ tsp each
Tahini 3 Tsps
Garlic 2 Cloves
Add everything to a choppers and blend together until smooth paste. Check for seasoning according to your taste. Your vegan dip or spread is ready.
Vegan Dip # 3
Chickpeas 1 Cup
Edamame Beans 1 Cup
Lemon Half
Salt/Pepper ½ Tsp each
Tahini 4 Tsps
Garlic 2 Cloves
Water 1-2 Tbp
Add everything to a choppers and blend together until smooth paste. Add water to adjust the consistency. Check for seasoning according to your taste.
Your vegan dips are ready to be served with crackers, pita chips or spread it on your wraps. You can also use in a sandwich to give a different taste.
