Here goes the ingredients and recipe –
Veg Pasta Salad
Ingredients
for salad
• 1/2 cup Boiled wheat pasta
• 1 ½ tsp Eggless mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup cherry tomato
• 1/4 cup carrot
• 1/4 Broccoli
• 1 tsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp Garlic chopped
• 1 tsp oregano
• Black salt and black pepper to taste
• Spring onion
Instructions
1. Take a bowl adds boiled pasta and mayonnaise mix together.
2. Then add cherry tomato, carrots, broccoli .
3. Take a small mixing jar add olive oil , mayonnaise,oregano, chopped garlic and black salt to taste. Shake well.
4. Pour this mixture on to the veggies.
5. Add black pepper to taste.
6. At last topped it with some spring onion.
7. Now veg pasta salad is ready to serve.

Reddish Salad
Ingredients
for salad
• 1/4 cup Radish
• 1/4 cup Beetroot
• 1/4 cup Red pepper
• 1/4 cup Sprouts
• 1 tsp Olive oil
• 1 tsp Beetroot juice
• Black salt and black pepper to taste
• ½ Lemon
• 1 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Take a bowl adds radish, beetroot, red pepper, sprouts and mix well.
2. Add olive oil, black pepper, black salt and beetroot juice.
3. Squeeze lemon juice and mix nicely.
4. At last topped it some sesame seeds.
5. Now Reddish salad is ready to serve.

Crunchy Green Salad
Ingredients
for salad
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup Asparagus
• 1/2 cup Broccoli
• 1/4 cup Green pepper
• 1/4 cup Cucumber
• 1/4 cup Spring onion
• 1/4 cup Lettuce
• 1/4 cup Avocado
• Black salt and black pepper to taste
• ½ tsp cinnamon powder
• 1 tsp Pumpkin seeds
Instructions
1. Take a pan heat olive oil add asparagus, broccoli and green pepper and mix well. Cover with lid for 2-3 minutes.
2. After that switch off the flame.
3. Then Add cucumber, spring onion, lettuce, avocado.
4. Add Black pepper, black salt and cinnamon powder mix nicely.
5. Transfer into a serving bowl and topped it some pumpkin seeds.
6. Now Green crunchy salad is ready to serve.

Carrot Green peas Salad
Ingredients
for salad
• 1cup carrot, grated
• 1/6 cup green peas
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 green chilli, chopped
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• ½ tbsp lime juice
• Black salt to taste
Instructions
1. Take a bowl add grated carrot and green peas and mix well.
2. Furthermore, in a small pan heat olive oil and add green chilli and garlic let it splutter.
3. Add the seasoning to the mixed salad and mix it nicely
4. Just before serving, add Black salt and squeeze lime juice and mix nicely.
5. Now Carrot Green peas salad is ready to serve.
