For this video, we will bake Banana Cake with a healthy element to it, making it low-calorie that is surely ideal to everyone who are on diet. This features lots of bananas, being good source of fiber, helping the body mop up nutrients providing a variety of nutrients as well as few touch of sweetened apples–in my method, I used brown sugar to accompany the apples. As this is baking, it is ideal to serve it in breakfast with fruits and hot coffee or milk. I also want to emphasize being resourceful, as you watch this video, I did not have proper tools (juicer as mixer, no sifting tool etc.) to bake this cake or breads in the past baking recipes but I wanted to demonstrate how I can bake by finding a technique and ways to make a certain matter achieved, such as baking.

Para sa video na ito, maghuhurno ako ng isang simpleng recipe, ito ay ang Banana Cake na low-calorie na tiyak na mainam sa lahat na nasa diyeta. Tampok nito ang maraming saging, at kaunting minatamis na mansanas–sa aking pamamaraan, ginamit ko ang brown sugar upang samahan ang mga mansanas. Tulad ng ito ay pagluluto sa hurno, mainam na ihain ito sa agahan na may kasamang prutas at mainit na kape o gatas. Nais ko ring bigyang-diin ang pagiging resourceful, lalong lalo na sa paghuhurno. Habang pinapanood mo ang video na ito, wala akong wastong mga baking tools (juicer bilang panghalo o mixer, walang kasangkapan sa siring atbp) upang maghurno ng cake o tinapay na ito at sa mga nakaraan kong mga recipe ng pagluluto. Ngunit nais kong ipakita kung paano ako maghurno sa pamamagitan lang ng aking mga mapagkukunang gamit sa kusina, lahat ay posible basta may diskarte at matuto lang sa mga bagay-bagay.

INGREDIENTS:
– 6 pcs BANANA (chopped)
– 3/4 cup ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
– 1/2 cup WHEAT FLOUR
– 1 pc APPLE (minced into dices)
– 2 tbsp BUTTER (softened)
– 1/4 cup BROWN SUGAR
– 1/2 tsp BAKING SODA
– 1/4 tsp SALT
– 2 pc EGGS (beaten)

PROCEDURE:
– COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, BUTTER, EGGS, BANANA, APPLE IN A CONTAINER.
– COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS IN A SEPARATE CONTAINER
– ADD THE MIXED DRY INGREDIENTS IN THE BANANA MIXTURE TO MAKE THE BATTER.
– APPLY GREASE IN THE BAKING PAN, THEN ADD THE MIXTURE.
– BAKE IT AT AROUND 170 DEGREES CELSIUS AT 45 MINUTES.
– LET THE CAKE COOL DOWN AND REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE PAN.
– READY TO SERVE.
