These are great for any occasion and can be prepared by the glass or you can prepare a batch for a party!

Here are the recipes and calories for each cocktail:

PALOMA
– 6 oz grape fruit juice
– 1.5 oz tequila
– lime juice
– ice
– sea salt
– lime flavored or regular sparkling water
Calories per drink: 175

WATERMELON MARGARITA
– 1/4 cup fresh watermelon juice
– Tajin
– 1.5 oz tequila
– lime juice
– ice
Calories per drink: 105

PINA COLADA
– 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
– 5 oz coconut water
– 1.5 oz rhum or cocnut rhum
– ice
Calories: 131

SALTY DOG:
– 3 oz grape fruit juice
– 1.5 oz vodka
– sea salt
– lemon/lime soda water
– lime for garnish
– ice
Calories: 134
