This healthy Overnight Oats recipe is a big hit at my home. Many of us, including me, don’t like the regular oatmeal recipe that is made with hot milk and oats. Even though it’s healthy and good for weight loss, it’s not something I’d call yummy.

On the other hand, Overnight Oats are not only nutritious but also so delicious that you’ll not mind having it every day for breakfast. These days, I make it every night and store in the refrigerator so that we can just take it out the next morning and eat right away.

No cooking required. It’s that simple!

In this recipe, I am using processed oats, milk, honey, peanut butter, chia seeds, nuts like almonds and raisins as my main ingredients.

But if you are looking to cut down on sugar, you can replace honey with stevia and omit peanut butter altogether. If you’re vegan, you can replace milk with any nut milk.

Making overnights oats can’t be quicker, and anyone can make them easily.
