Boiled Barnyard Millet Rice – 1 cup
Fenugreek Leaves(Methi) – 1 cup
Mustard – 1 spoon
Cumin seeds (Jeera) – 1 spoon
Red chillies – 3
Curry leaves – few
Chana Dal – 1 spoon
Chilli Powder – 1 spoon
Cashew Nuts – few
Lemon Juice – 1 spoon
Salt – as required
Ghee / Butter – 2 spoons
