A refreshingly delicious & healthy salad made with fresh watermelon, feta cheese, walnuts, herbs, balsamic vinegar & more! So delicious I can’t stop eating it!!

Watermelon Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups of cubed water melon
1.5 cups of cubed Greek feta cheese
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
1 tbsp freshly chopped mint
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
1 tbsp good quality balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & crushed black pepper to taste

Method:
Place all the ingredients in a mixing/serving bowl
Mix well so that everything is coated & seasoned evenly
Enjoy Watermelon Salad right away or refrigerate for later use
