SERVINGS : MAKES 1 LARGE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH :-
SUGAR – 1 TSP
WARM WATER – 1 CUP
BAJRA FLOUR – 1 CUP
WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR – 1 CUP
RAGI FLOUR – 1 CUP
INSTANT YEAST – 1 TBSP
FLAX SEEDS
SALT – 1/2 TSP
OIL – 1/2 CUP

PREPARATION :-
– IN A BOWL MIX INSTANT YEAST, WARM WATER AND SUGAR. SET IT ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES.
– AFTER 5MINS ONCE THE YEAST ADD the ADD BAJRA FLOUR, WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, RAGI FLOUR, SALT, OIL AND FLAX SEEDS.
– KNEAD THE INGREDIENTS INTO A DOUGH . ONCE DOUGH IS READY SET ASIDE FOR 30 MINUTES FOR IT TO RISE

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING PIZZA :-
CHILLI FLAKES – 1 TSP
MIXED HERBS – 1 TSP
OREGANO – 1 TSP
ONIONS – 1 CUP
GREEN PEPPERS – 1 CUP
TOMATOES – 1 CUP
PANEER (COTTAGE CHEESE) – 1 CUP
SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE – 1 CUP
MARINARA SAUCE – 1/2 to 1 CUP
OIL – 1 TBSP

PREPARATION :-
– PRE-HEAT THE OVEN TO 450 F
– TAKE SOME PIZZA DOUGH AND SPREAD IT FLAT ON THE BAKING TRAY.
– SPREAD THE MARINARA SAUCE EVENLY
– ADD CHEESE TO THE BASE
– ADD ALL THE TOPPINGS AND HERBS (YOU CAN GET CREATIVE WITH THE TOPPINGS)
– ADD SOME MORE CHEESE ON THE TOP
– PREHEAT THE OVER TO 450F AND PUT THE PIZZA TRAYS INTO THE OVEN. LET IT BAKE FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
– LET THE PIZZA REST FOR 5-10MINS BEFORE YOU CUT AND SERVE
