# Sooji Toast # Semolina Toast # Rava Toast

Ingredients

1 Chopped Tomato
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Capsicum
1 Chopped Carrot
4-5 Chopped Green Chilli
Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 Cup Malai
1 Cup Sooji
Bread Slices ( White or Brown )
1Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Dhania Powder
Chaat Masala For Taste

Steps: –
1.Take a bowl & add Malai .
2.Add Sooji & Mix It well
3.Now add all the chopped Vegetables in it & Mix it well
4.Now Add 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Chilli Powder & 1 Tsp Dhania Powder
5.Mix all the ingredients.
6.Now Keep the batter aside for 10-15 Mins
7.After that Take Bread Slices & spread the batter very gently on it.
8.Now Roast the bread on Tawa
9.Roast the bread both sided till Golden Brown & Crispy.

Note :- You don’t Need Oil for Roasting as Malai will release oil which will help in Roasting.

10.Cut it into slices & your healthy , tasty & crispy toast is ready.
