Ingredient for Palak chaman is given below:
1. Palak – 500 gm
2. Paneer – 200 gm
3.Ghee / Clarified butter – 1 TSP
4. Garlic -8 cloves
5. Green chilli – 1 Pice
6. Sahi jeera -1/2 TSP
7.Onion – 1/2 (Medium)
8. Tomato -1
9.salt
10.sugar
