Sprouted chana – 3/4 cup
Sprouted beans ( black eyed beans ) – 3/4 cup
Frozen baby corn – 3/4 cup
Cucumber -1/2 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup
Tomato – 1/2 cup
Green , yellow and orange bell pepper – 1/3 cup
Raw mango – 1 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Green chili – 2
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Lime juice – 1/2 tbsp
Roasted flex seeds – 1 tsp
Roasted pumpkin seeds – 1 tsp
Roasted sunflower seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste – 1/2 tsp
Chat masala to taste – 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
