A truly healthy and yummy dish which is good for health and wellness for your tummy.

This green gram has so many health benefits for all age groups and can be consumed by anyone.

How to sprout the green gram???
Very simple and easy .

Wash the green gram in water and soak overnight .

Morning drain out the water and put them in the colander and cover it

By noon or evening it will be all sprouted .

Use this for your recipes and stay healthy during this CoVid days .

Recipe 1 :
Green Salad :

Ingredients :
Sprouted green gram – 200 g
Carrot – 1 medium sized grated
Baby radish – 12 grated
Coriander leaves – garnishing
Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin pepper powder – 3/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste .
Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Seasoning:
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch grated
Hing – a pinch

Mix everything together except the seasoning items and coriander leaves .

Now in a pan add oil and once hot crackle mustard seeds , urad dhal, ginger and hing .

Pour this to the mixture and mix well.

Garnish with cilantro/ coriander leaves .

Enjoy your healthy salad .

Recipe 2 :

Green Dosa

Ingredients

Sprouted green gram – 200 g
Onion – 1 no chopped
Red chillies -2
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch
Salt – as per taste
Hing – a pinch

Grind these in a mixie jar along with water to a dosa batter consistency.

Place tawa on stove . Once hot make dosas cooking it in medium for flame .

When one side turns brown flip it over and Cooke the other side .

Now enjoy the high protein dosas with chutney or sambar of your choice .
