Bread Besan Toast is quick snacks for tiffin or tea time or breakfast recipe. This becomes healthy recipe as we are using whole wheat bread and besan in combination. It very easy to prepare. Kids loves it very much.

Ingredients:-

1 cup Besan / gram flour (sifted),

4 brown bread slices (trimmed edges),

1 medium size onion chopped,

2 tbsp coriander chopped,

Oil to shallow fry our toast,

1 tsp onion garlic masala (Kanda Lasun Masala) or red chilli powder,

½ tsp salt,

¼ tsp turmeric powder,

¼ tsp carom seeds (a little less),

1 ½ tsp sesame seeds,
