Kimchi is something that we often have in our fridge, and today I decided to share with you all one of the ways I use them in my cooking!

Bahan:
– 350gr Kimchi (asinan sayur khas Korea)
– 250gr daging sapi iris

– Daun Bawang
– 60gr Mentega
– 1/2 Bawang Bombay
– 2 Bungkus Mi Shirataki
– Keju Parmesan
– Parsley

Marinade the Beef with:
– 2 tbsp Mirin
Opsi mirin halal:
– Garam (sesuai selera)

What I use:
– 350gr Kimchi (Korean traditional salted and fermented vegetables)
– 250gr Thinly Sliced Beef
– Green Onions
– 60gr Butter
– 1/2 Medium Size Onion, sliced
– 2 Portions of Shirataki Noodles
– Parmesan Cheese
– Parsley as garnish

Marinade the Beef with:
– 2 tbsp mirin
– Salt (to taste)
