Ingredients:
– 2 lbs. ground turkey meat
– 1/2 cup almond flour
– 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
– salt and pepper to taste
– 1 medium-sized white onion, chopped
– 5 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 large eggs
– 4 oz tomato paste
– 1/3 cup no sugar added ketchup
