(Ingredients)
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera / Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Chopped Onion – 1 No.
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Tomato Puree – 1 Cup
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 3/4 tsp
Soaked Green Moong – 1 Cup
Salt – As per taste
Water – 1 1/2 Cup
Kasuri Methi

(Making Process)
Place a kadai Add Oil – 1 tbsp
Add Jeera / Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Add Chopped Onion – 1 No.
Saute
Add Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Saute well
Add Tomato Puree – 1 Cup
Cover and Cook for 5 mins
Add Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Add Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Add Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Add Garam Masala Powder – 3/4 tsp
Salt – As pe Taste
Cook till Oil Separates
Add Soaked Green Moong – 1 Cup
Add Water – 1 1/2 Cup
Stir well
Cover & Cook for 5-7 mins in Medium Flame
Add kasuri Methi
Ready to Serve
