4 eggs
1 bunch methi leaves, chopped
2 medium sized onions, thinly sliced
1 medium sized tomato, deseeded and chopped
Spice powders – ½ ts turmeric powder, ½ ts chilli powder, ½ ts Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 ts cumin powder, 1 ts coriander powder, ¼ ts garam masala
1 ts ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp oil / butter
