Avocado cheese toast is a healthy and weight loss recipe you can add to your diet when you are on a weight loss diet. Avocado in general is rich in fibre and so adding it to your diet routine is very healthy.
So coming to our recipe I have added cheese as an addition. We generally don’t need to add cheese when we are in diet. I like the flavour and also once in a while we can add cheese to our diet chart .
So its completely optional to avoid cheese in this recipe
Coming to the ingredients required
Avocado 1 ripened
Salt a pinch
chilli flakes a pinch
Pepper a pinch
Wholemeal or brown or white bread 2
Cheese slice 1
Butter as needed
How to make:
1. Cut a ripened avocado, remove the seed and skin. Make cuts in the fruit part and transfer it to a bowl.
2.Add salt,chilliflakes,pepper and mix well. Take a bread spread the avocado mixture on it evenly and place a cheese slice on top.
3. Apply butter on other bread and cover it over cheese slice and toast in butter for 3mins each side.
Healthy and tasty avocado toast is ready!!!
