We had a request to show how we make our version of Vietnamese spring rolls and peanut sauce. Very easy and great for beginners! Instructional video with tips!
I don’t use much of a recipe for my peanut sauce I basically mixed two different recipes with a few extra ingredients and a taste test until I like it.
Our recipe calls for Rice papers for our spring rolls and we add Romain lettuce, Yellow bell pepper, matchstick carrots, imitation crab meat, and cucumbers. They were amazing!
