Delicious and the same time very healthy made of rava without frying. Delicious potato stuffing makes it filling and more tasty. Do try it and enjoy!!

INGREDIENTS

FOR SOOJI DOUGH:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Rava/Sooji – 1.25 cup
Water – 2 cup

FOR STUFFING:
Oil – 1.5 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 3-4 pc.
Ginger-green chilly paste – 1 tsp
Chopped onions – 2
Boiled potatoes – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp

FOR TEMPERING:
Oil – 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
Chana dal – 1 tbsp
Green chillies – 2 (optional)
