Indori Poha is life of of Indories you can get this humble dish 24×7. It is very famous and simple with less chopping. But for enjoying the authentic taste few ingredients are necessary- jeeravan masala, ratlami sev and toppings can go on. I had seen many recipes claiming indori poha but was disappointed, none of I found was authentic. Luckily my brother got this recipe from Street Vendor. So finally i can say it’s authentic Indori poha.
