Recipe:
1 lb Shrimp
Veggies (your preference)
1/4c Lime Juice
4 tsp EVOO
4 Garlic Cloves
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 425. Marinade Shrimp in Lime Juice, EVOO, Garlic, Salt and Pepper for 30 minutes. Stack skewers alternating shrimp and veggies. Cook for 12 minutes or until shrimp is thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice.
